Impro Neuf International Comedy Show (EN)

Impro Neuf International and The Improv Speakeasy present a night of English improv comedy in two parts. This show is 100% improvised – no scripts, no directors, no safety nets – every scene will be made-up as we go along, from the top of the actors' heads!

PART 1: THE ARMANDO
Kicking off the show, The Improv Speakeasy brings you 30-minutes of non-stop improvisation in the style of ARMANDO longform. We take one word from the audience, tell a monologue and build entire worlds inspired by the monologue. You might see a long-lost Shakespearean masterpiece or a Colombian televonela in poorly faked Spanish accents. Who knows? It's improvised!

PART 2: THE JAM
Later in the night, YOU can test your wits for a quick game or two, as we host an IMPROV JAM. We mix improvisers from the Speakeasy and volunteers from the audience for shortform games in the style of Whose Line Is It Anyway. Sit back as mayhem ensues, or, raise your hand and jam with us on stage!
