Learning from Tim Wendelboe

We have the honour to invite coffee legend Tim Wendelboe for an event at Chateau Neuf in collaboration with Kaffeforeninga, the Oslo Students Coffee Association.

This special event offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from Tim as he shares his knowledge on coffee cultivation, processing, and roasting techniques through an engaging lecture.

Tim has won the Norwegian Barista Championship three times, and gold in the World Barista Championship in 2004. His roastery and café at Grünerløkka is visited by enthusiasts from all over the world, and is today considered one of the best roasters not only in Norway, but in the whole world.
